Spanish / English Intercambio Program for Barcelona´s Executives Two executives meet regularly to learn each other's language. Last week, they met for coffee at a convenient cafe and chatted for about an hour. This week, they´ll meet at one of their offices. Next week, one of them is travelling, but they agreed to skype or chat on the phone for 30 minutes. Sound useful? Sound simple? Sound interesting? But how? If only you could find someone appropriate in Barcelona. Now you can! Business English Coaching´s Intercambio program connects executives and professionals located in Barcelona who wish to improve their English, Castellano or Catalán with other like-minded professionals. Register now and BEC will search for a well-suited partner for you from our database of registered professionals seeking intercambio language exchange partners. Once a match is found for you, you and your partner will receive an introductory email and then it´s up to you to decide together how to start learning from each other - by telephone, e-mail, skype or in person. All successful partnerships involve give and take Your Intercambio will only work well if both partners benefit equally. For this reason, half of the time is for you - your partner speaks and/or writes in his native language, and you learn from him. Current events or topics that interest you both are customary topics of conversation. Partners help each other by giving feedback and corrections along with helpful tips. During the other half of the time, your partner learns from you: now you communicate in your native language and help him.
