Our starting point is you, and the key members of your team. We establish the Business English Coaching needs within your company by first conducting an English Skills Audit. Coaching may be needed to improve your firm’s ability to capture business internationally, serve your customers better, or to deliver high impact speeches and presentations in English. Whatever the reason, the consultation with you and each key member of your team; will form the basis of the audit.

We identify the existing skills and set priorities for acquiring additional skills. First we establish levels with a needs analysis that identify each individual’s specific language requirements.
